MyEyeDr. is hiring an Eyewear Consultant to support our doctors and teams in delivering best-in-class eye care. No optical experience?

Training and tools will be provided to learn about frames, lenses, and patient service. You will join a collaborative, patient‑focused team shaping a positive in‑store experience. You will help patients select eyewear, explain insurance benefits, complete basic optometric tasks with the Office Optometrist, and contribute to achieving office goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing or sales related position preferred but not required.
• Proactive problem-solving with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Willing to learn about industry, products, and services.
• Ability to sell with a goal-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service by understanding and advising the patient’s needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear/frame/lens selection by educating on options for best fit.
• Consistently deliver sales plan and office goals through building a positive patient experience.
• Explain insurance benefits to patients clearly.
• Use training to fit, measure, and adjust eyeglasses from available eyewear.
• Collaborate with the Office Optometrist to support patient lens/frame selections.
• Work with doctors and team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Demonstrate MyEyeDr. values and brand philosophy in patient interactions.
• Participate in other office duties as assigned.
