Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience in a clinical or retail setting.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a dynamic store environment.
• Strong communication skills with diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers as they enter the store and identify needs to promote products and services.
• Assist management with patient complaint resolution and tracking orders to meet expectations.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and foster collaboration between retail and clinical teams.
• Ensure brand standards and maintain housekeeping and lab area upkeep as needed.
• Contribute to achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals and monitor relevant metrics.
