Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Coaches Optometric Technicians through training materials and insurance processes.
• Schedules patient visits efficiently and greets patients promptly.
• Adjust staffing levels with management to match patient volume.
• Handles patient records, orders contact lenses, and processes invoices.
• Maintains safety and compliance with regulatory requirements.
