Job summary

Pearle Vision in Columbia, MD is seeking a Lead Eyecare Advisor for a part-time role. You will deliver exceptional patient service, explain tests, products and services, and coordinate appointments while supporting the Optometric team.

You will coach technicians, assist with scheduling, maintain records, and help keep the office clean and professional. Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred; strong communication and math skills are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional patient service and explain tests, products and services.
• Assist with scheduling and forecasting staffing needs.
• Coach Optometric Technicians and support staff as needed.
• Maintain patient records accurately and securely.
• Assist with inventory, orders, and billing processes.
• Ensure a clean, organized and professional office environment.
• Provide friendly, informative telephone communication.
