Aufgaben

• Coaches Optometric Technicians through Op-Tech Training Manual and insurance process.
• Assists co-workers with questions; cooperates in group efforts.
• Takes initiative; suggests improvements; resolves problems.
• Forecasts staffing and scheduling needs with Management; adjusts staffing to match patient volume.
• Greets patients and schedules visits efficiently.
• Greets patients on entry; provides highest level of service and meets needs.
• Explains required paperwork, tests, products and services and timelines.
• Maintains patient records in an organized system.
• Handles contact lens orders, shipments and invoices for payment.
• Operates cashier terminal when required.
• Keeps office clean, organized and professional looking.
