Job summary

LensCrafters in Glendale, WI is seeking an EyeCare Advisor who creates exceptional value for customers by delivering the LensCrafters Experience. You will greet customers, explain tests, products, and services, and coordinate with the Optometrist to ensure quality care.

This role requires strong communication, problem solving, and basic math. You will operate the POS, process payments, maintain patient records per HIPAA, and help with frame and lens selection while keeping store appearance

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers promptly and answers inquiries.
• Explains all required paperwork, tests, products and services.
• Operates the POS system and processes payments with accuracy.
• Maintains store appearance and ensures promotional materials are current.
• Performs pre-examination steps and supports the Optometrist as needed.
• Maintains HIPAA-compliant patient records and handles contact lens orders.
