LensCrafters in Lawrenceville, GA is seeking a Part-Time EyeCare Advisor to deliver the LensCrafters Experience. You will greet customers, explain eyewear options, and coordinate with optometrists to ensure quality patient care.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, basic math, and comfort with cash registers and POS systems. The role emphasizes fashion awareness, accurate record-keeping, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail optical environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills (internal and external).
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.

• Familiarity with cash register, computers and calculators.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers within 30 seconds.
• Promptly answers the telephone (3 rings).
• Explains all required paperwork, tests, products and services.
• Reviews prescriptions and patient information carefully; identifies special needs and consults as needed.
• Operates the POS system accurately; handles payment procedures.
• Maintains patient records per HIPAA.
• Keeps store displays in line with guidelines.
• Handles and files all patient records in an organized and efficient manner.
