LensCrafters in McDonough, GA is seeking an EyeCare Advisor to deliver the LensCrafters Experience. You will greet customers, explain services, process orders, and support the Optometrist while maintaining accurate patient records and store standards.

The role requires strong customer service, clear communication, attention to detail, and ability to handle transactions and promotions in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills (internal and external).
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Strong communicator and listener.
• Problem solving ability.
• Familiarity with cash register, computers and calculators.
• Sales skills.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Knowledge of office and store merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers within 30 seconds and answers calls promptly.
• Explains required paperwork, tests, products and services.
• Reviews prescriptions carefully and consults with Optician or doctor as needed.
• Operates POS system and processes payments securely.
• Maintains HIPAA-compliant patient records and orderly files.
• Places contact lens orders and submits invoices for payment.
• Supports the Optometrist and handles store promotions and displays.
