Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking an EyeCare Advisor in a part-time capacity to deliver the LensCrafters Experience in-store. You will assist customers with frame and lens choices, explain tests and services, and coordinate with the doctor and retail teams to ensure accurate patient records and smooth service.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, handling POS transactions, and maintaining an organized, HIPAA-compliant workspace while staying current on product knowledge and promotions.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent with customer service experience.
• Ability to explain products, tests, and services clearly.
• Familiarity with cash handling and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and provide friendly service.
• Explain paperwork, tests, products and services to customers.
• Assist with frame and lens selections based on vision and lifestyle.
• Support optometrist and retail staff, and maintain patient records per HIPAA.
• Operate POS system and handle payments securely.
• Maintain store appearance and respond to promotions with staff communication.
