LensCrafters in Scranton is seeking an EyeCare Advisor to deliver the LensCrafters Experience. You will greet customers, explain tests and services, and help patients and customers select frames and lenses that fit their vision and lifestyle.

The role requires strong communication, sales skills, and attention to detail, with responsibilities including pre-examination tasks, maintaining patient records, and processing payments. Prior retail or optical experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on the customer experience.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and ability to describe frame/lens benefits.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and assist with frame and lens selection.
• Explain required paperwork, tests, products and services and ensure patient understanding.
