Job summary

For Eyes is seeking a Casual Part-Time EyeCare Advisor in Maple Shade to deliver exceptional customer service while assisting patients with eyewear selections and vision care products. You will support the Doctor, process transactions, and maintain records with HIPAA compliance in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include explaining tests and services, aiding in frame and lens choices, and contributing to store promotions and merchandise presentation.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills (internal and external).
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and assist with eyewear selections.
• Explain all required paperwork, tests, products and services in Doctor's office.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records and eyewear inventory.
• Operate POS system and process transactions accurately.
• Support store promotions and visual merchandising.
• Collaborate with Optometrist and management to ensure optimal patient care.
