Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct programs at medical centers and satellite clinics.
• Supervise at least one subordinate MSA team leader or supervisor.
• Evaluate subordinate staff performance and resolve complex patient service issues.
• Evaluate new products, equipment, and systems for operational improvements.
• Identify education or training needs and make hiring recommendations.
• Communicate with physicians, case managers, and allied health staff while maintaining confidentiality.
