LensCrafters in Utah is seeking an Optometric Technician to deliver the LensCrafters Experience by ensuring high-quality optometric care and flawless patient interactions. You will support the doctor and retail teams to keep exams running smoothly.

You will assist the optometrist, manage patient records, perform pre-exam testing, and help with contact lens orders while upholding HIPAA and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills (internal/external).
• Strong communicator and listener.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients promptly and display a professional image.
• Assist the optometrist during eye examinations and prepare patients.
• Review prescriptions and patient information with attention to detail.
• Handle patient records and appointment scheduling, HIPAA compliant.
