You will schedule, coach, and develop staff, manage payroll, and collaborate with optical doctors to support eye exams while maintaining merchandising standards.

Entrepreneurial leadership and retail management experience are essential to drive guest satisfaction and store results within a nationally recognized vision-care brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years experience in customer service or retail.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and drive for results.
• Strong critical thinking and influencing others.
• Experience recruiting and developing talent.
• Strong selling skills.
• Ability to motivate and lead teams.
• Prefer optician license or related certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high performing team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
• Set clear expectations and coach team members to be Guest Ready.
• Create action plans for immediate and future development.
• Develop schedules and manage payroll to meet business needs.
• Partner with Target Optical doctors to support eye exams and retail growth.
• Ensure policies, merchandising standards and promotions are followed.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and regular coaching conversations.
