Job summary

Stanton Optical in Virginia Beach on-site store is seeking a Sales Manager to lead sales efforts, coach associates, and partner with Clinical team while supporting Brand Manager.

You will train and develop team members, collaborate with Lab staff to ensure quality and timely orders, and report to Senior Leadership. This role offers growth within a fast-growing optical retailer and a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of leadership in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Experience planning and implementing sales strategies and directing a sales team.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing business needs in a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed store goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Support Brand Manager duties and act as Manager on duty to recruit and develop staff.
• Build partnerships with Clinical services and coordinate with Support Center and HR.
• Ensure proper lab production and timely orders (Now Service / Ready When Promised).
• Repair and edge lenses to expedite eyeglasses delivery and ensure on-time delivery.
