National Vision, Inc. is seeking a General Manager for a Melbourne, FL Eyeglass World location. You will oversee all store operations, lead a team, and ensure top-tier customer care and patient experiences while driving sales and maintaining brand standards.

The role requires 5+ years in retail with supervisory experience, and an optical license is required where applicable. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred, with opportunities for internal advancement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the optical industry preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and build strong associate relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for customer service and driving sales.
• Solid understanding of store operations and business performance.
• Optical license required in applicable states.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily store operations, staffing, inventory, planning, and policy enforcement.
• Lead, train, and develop associates with coaching and feedback.
• Monitor performance and guide teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Partner with the Doctor to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Conduct store audits and uphold standards across quality, merchandising, and service.
• Maintain communication with the District Manager and provide reports.
• Ensure store and facility comply with company policies and safety standards.
