Job summary

Eyeglass World in Lake Worth, TX is seeking a General Manager to lead a store focused on fashion, value, and high-quality eye care. You will recruit, train, and coach staff, manage budgets, and partner with the Doctor to ensure top patient care in a fast-paced retail setting.

Develop your team, drive sales, and uphold store standards while delivering an exceptional customer experience and maintaining compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Knowledge of the optical industry preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily store operations, including staffing, inventory, bookkeeping, planning, and policy adherence.
• Lead, train, and develop associates through coaching and growth opportunities.
• Monitor store performance to deliver outstanding customer and patient experiences from start to finish.
• Partner with the Doctor to ensure highest level of care.
• Manage budgets, supplies, and merchandising to meet financial goals.
• Recruit, hire, and retain top talent with effective scheduling.
