Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate patient appointments efficiently through heavy phone work
• Answer patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Confirm and reschedule appointments as needed to optimize clinic flow
• Maintain accurate patient records and appointment schedules
• Collaborate with the optometry team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Handle administrative tasks related to patient intake and follow-up
• Confirm Schedules with providers and clinical team members
