Job summary

Peak Eye Care Salisbury, part of EssilorLuxottica Group, seeks a full-time Store Manager to lead the local practice, drive patient care excellence, and ensure operational and financial performance.

You'll supervise doctors and staff, manage scheduling, inventory, and workflows, uphold safety and policy standards, and collaborate with administrators to deliver premium eyecare in the community.

Qualifications

• 4+ years management/supervisory experience in a healthcare/eyecare setting.
• Strong business and financial acumen with operational analysis.
• Familiarity with POS, patient records systems, and related software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the local practice and marketplace as the premier destination for vision needs.
• Partner with doctors to ensure high patient care and efficient workflow.
• Recruit, coach, and develop team members; monitor operations and profitability.
• Manage staffing, inventory, and adherence to company policies and safety programs.
• Drive change and adoption of new technology and processes.
