• Proficient with computer databases and typing accuracy.
• Professional, self-motivated with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work two evenings per week and two Saturdays per month.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming patient calls and keep accurate records.
• Schedule patient appointments, including outbound reminders.
• Resolve patient issues by gathering information and coordinating with other departments.
• Perform patient verifications.
