Job summary

EyeCare Partners in St. Louis, MO seeks an experienced Office Manager to drive the Total Patient Experience and maximize the location’s retail sales and profitability.

You will oversee all office operations, team development, merchandising, inventory, training, and safety to support both patient care and business goals. The role requires management experience, a right to work in the United States, and a focus on revenue growth, KPI tracking, and compliance with HIPAA/OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in office management or related field.
• Ability to recruit, train, coach and evaluate staff.
• Favorable background check and right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Direct and drive overall sales and profitability of an office through Total Patient Experience (TPE).
• Develop and maintain relationships with doctors and office staff.
• Manage HR: recruitment, training, coaching, KPI scorecards.
• Conduct performance reviews and compensation evaluations.
• Ensure cash handling and financial documents are accurate and on schedule.
• Oversee scheduling, meetings, inventory, purchasing, and staff training.
