Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking a General Manager in South Carolina to lead a busy eyecare practice and serve as the ultimate brand ambassador. You will own patient experiences, P&L, and team performance, partnering with doctors and staff to deliver outstanding service.

As Office Leader, you’ll recruit and develop staff, drive financial success, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining a positive, productive workplace culture. Evening and weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum undergraduate degree or relevant management experience in Retail/Hospitality or similar setting.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive KPI performance and coach others.
• Strong communication, detail orientation and servant leadership mindset.
• Ability to manage patient/customer experiences while ensuring compliant, productive operations.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster a purpose-driven team through recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development.
• Have direct responsibility for financial success by driving KPI performance and sales growth.
• Collaborate with doctors, home office support, and staff to provide a seamless patient experience.
• Deliver KPI results with coaching and performance guidance for office leaders and teams.
• Lead Doctor of Optometry partnerships and manage ongoing relationships.
