MyEyeDr. is seeking a General Manager in Pennsylvania who will lead an office to deliver exceptional patient experiences while optimizing financial performance.

Reporting to the District Manager, you will oversee operations, team development, and partner with doctors and home office support to ensure seamless care and service. This role requires a hands-on leader with retail/hospitality experience, strong communication, and a servant-leadership approach aimed at achieving KPIs and a positive

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or relevant years of experience in a management position (Retail/Hospitality preferred).
• 2+ years in a leadership facing role as the main decision maker.
• Experience leading two or more employees to meet sales and operational goals.
• Experience driving business and sales operations in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and leadership aligned with MyEyeDr. values.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster a purpose-driven team through recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training.
• Directly drive office financial success by managing behaviors that improve KPI performance.
• Collaborate with doctors, home office, and staff to deliver a seamless patient experience.
• Deliver KPIs with flawless patient experiences and coach other leaders and staff in real time.
• Maximize partnerships through coverage, walk-ins, and doctor availability.
• Lead the Doctor of Optometry business partnership and ongoing relationships.
• Maintain HR policies and compliance for a productive, safe workplace for staff and patients.
• Lead staff performance and development with the District Manager.
• Ensure optical merchandise meets standards and patient needs.
