Eyemart Express in the United States seeks a Front Desk Associate (Optometrist's Technician) full-time to support the Doctor, greet patients, perform pre-tests, assist with contact lens sales, and uphold Eyemart's commitment to value and service.

The role involves answering calls, processing payments via the in-store POS, handling insurance claims, maintaining patient files, and promoting promotions while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in retail, customer service, or sales.
• Experience in the optical industry preferred but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all patients.
• Process payment transactions and refunds.
• Assist with pre-tests and exams preparation as directed by the Doctor.
• Order and stock contact lenses and manage inventory.
• Maintain patient files with HIPAA-compliant confidentiality.
• Communicate Eyemart's specials and promotions to customers.
• Respond to phone inquiries and greet patients upon arrival.
• Enter data into the computer system accurately.
• Support the store Doctor with essential tasks as needed.
