Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. seeks an Eye Care Educator to educate Eye Care Professionals on critical eye exams for cancer patients and to communicate results clearly to patients and Hem/Onc teams.

You will deliver tailored training materials and collaborate with Oncology Account Managers and Medical teams to ensure accurate REMS details in line with FDA guidance. A Bachelor's degree and oncology education experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required in a relevant field.
• 3+ years in optometry, ophthalmology, or nursing with oncology education focus.
• Alternative: 1–3 years direct clinical oncology education experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and training development skills.
• Ability to simplify complex oncology concepts for Eye Care Professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and empower: educate Eye Care Professionals on essential eye exams and communicating results.
• Deliver tailored educational materials for healthcare professionals on patient care procedures.
• Collaborate with Oncology Account Managers and Medical team to share product-related information and REMS details.
• Support care coordination across departments as needed.
