Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of medical office experience.
• Experience scheduling appointments for multiple physicians is preferred.
• Multiline phone system experience preferred.
• Proficient with NextGen or similar medical office software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to grow and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and route to the appropriate staff.
• Screen calls and take messages accurately.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments.
• Follow up with patients via recall systems for scheduling.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication.
