Stanton Optical is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to supervise store teams and support clinical goals with the Clinical Operations Department, serving as Manager on Duty when needed. You will help drive store performance, ensure compliance, and mentor technicians to maintain high standards.

The role emphasizes patient care, training, and adherence to PEG clinical standards while sustaining brand quality and HIPAA privacy practices.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management or clinical leadership experience.
• An associate’s degree or advanced certification beyond high school; or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Passion for exceptional customer/patient care and willingness to mentor and train others.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business and schedule requirements.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Google Docs, and other basic office tools.
• Optical or clinical experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and identify needs to provide information on products and services.
• Drive sales to meet revenue goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Resolve customer issues and improve satisfaction through effective troubleshooting and training.
• Supervise Doctor Technicians on pre-testing, local mode, refraction, contact lens care, and PEG standards.
• Ensure training guidelines and clinical standards are followed per Physicians Eyecare Group.
• Maintain accurate patient records and HIPAA confidentiality.
• Coach Doctor Technicians and cross-trained staff on contact lens insertion/removal and lens inventory.
