• Optical experience required; previous management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Foster an office focused on delivering exceptional patient/customer service.
• Direct daily personnel and operations; assign tasks and schedules.
• Train staff on required skills, policies, and procedures.
• Implement organization selling strategies and report to Marketing.
• Handle daily bank deposits and close totals with Accounting.
• Ensure staff performance meets office goals and payroll needs.
• Primary contact for weekly payroll accuracy.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and monitor processes and confidentiality.
• Inventory management for optical frames, lab, and office supplies.
• Maintain a safe, clean, inviting environment for patients and staff.
