Responsibilities

• Prepare line for shift with ample materials.
• Set up line and thread film through winders.
• Adjust line controls to meet specifications.
• Monitor line to maintain film quality and adjust as needed.
• Conduct quality tests and record results.
• Verify roll weights and perform recipe verifications.
• Package, label, tag and put away finished product.
• Operate railcar unloader and core cutter as assigned.
• Keep a clean, safe work area and report deficiencies.
• Complete daily paperwork and line closeouts.
• Lift heavy objects as required.
• Identify and report nonconforming product.
