Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and maintain accurate records.
• Basic math skills.
• Self-Starter with little supervision.
• Mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting skills.
• Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Basic computer functions.
• Understanding of lock-out/tag-out procedures.
• Ability to operate a fork lift safely.
• Ability to analyze and document SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing and production processes to ensure quality.
• Effectively troubleshoot equipment for productivity.
• Operate forklift daily as needed.
• Communicate daily with Production Coordinator and Lab Technician.
• Perform start-up and shut-down procedures.
• Check and record finished board for gauge average.
• Inspect finished boards and record required results.
• Monitor production schedule and complete change overs.
• Delegate EOL area set-up to Material Handlers.
