Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate extrusion machinery safely and follow GMPs.
• Set up extrusion lines to produce bubble-wrap film.
• Load resin and additives; verify materials.
• Monitor machine output; adjust melt temp, pressure, bubble height.
• Perform die cleaning, screen changes, and filter changes.
• Train others on machine operation and maintenance.
• Complete production reports accurately.
