Responsibilities

• Set up extrusion lines and monitor operation for quality and efficiency.
• Load resin and additives; verify material types and ratios.
• Perform roll changes and adjust melt temperatures, pressures, and bubble parameters.
• Identify and correct machine issues; report complex problems to supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and adherence to GMP and Pratt safety rules.
• Complete production reports accurately and timely.
