Job summary

Richardson International is hiring a PressOperator - Nights at our New Hope, MN pasta production facility. The role offers a salary of $27.78 per hour and involves operating and monitoring extrusion/press processes, ensuring product quality, and maintaining equipment.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and be able to work weekends, holidays, and overtime. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the extrusion/press process, ensuring correct mix levels, ratios, and equipment performance.
• Check product quality during drying and quickly fix any issues.
• Set up and manage egg hoppers, ensuring proper loading and operation.
• Record machine readings and report any problems immediately.
• Keep work areas and equipment clean and safe.
• Perform die changes and use correct parts.
• Report machine issues, track downtime and submit maintenance requests as needed.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

• Manufacturing experience, with experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Crouch, stoop, kneel, reach above shoulders, bend, balance, climb, work on ladder, push, pull, grasp, feel, perform fine manipulation, lift/carry, sit,standand walk for extended periods
• Work in dusty, high heat/humidity environments and confined spaces
• Make fine distinctions by sound
• Communicate verbally and in writing, and distinguish objects or equipment visually
