Job summary

Richardson is seeking a Press Operator at our Carrington, ND facility to operate and monitor extrusion/press processes, ensure correct mix levels, and maintain product quality during drying. You will set up egg hoppers, log readings, and report issues promptly.

The role requires weekend/holiday/overtime availability and offers comprehensive benefits and relocation support where applicable. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, with food manufacturing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred.
• Willingness to operate extrusion/press equipment and monitor process performance.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the extrusion/press process, ensuring correct mix levels, ratios, and equipment performance.
• Check product quality during drying and quickly fix any issues.
• Set up and manage egg hoppers, ensuring proper loading and operation.
• Record machine readings and report any problems immediately.
• Keep work areas and equipment clean and safe.
• Perform die changes and use correct parts.
• Report machine issues, track downtime, and submit maintenance requests as needed.
