Job summary

Richardson International Limited, a global leader in agriculture and food processing, seeks a Machine Operator - Evenings at our New Hope, MN pasta production facility. You will operate packaging equipment, monitor weights, codes, and product quality, and keep accurate logs.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and following health, safety and fire-prevention procedures. Weekend/holiday overtime may be required; shift is 3:00 PM–11:00 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a food manufacturing facility preferred.
• Strong safety and quality awareness.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment and tote stations according to product specifications.
• Maintain machine logs, downtime records, and repair documentation.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.

We currently have an opportunity for a Machine Operator - Evenings at our New Hope, MN pasta production facility . We are offering a salary of $ 26 . 48 per hour with additional $0.50 per hour for the 2nd Shift (Evenings 3p-11p) .Responsibilities:Operate packaging equipment and tote stations according to product specifications, ensuring accurate weights, coding, and product quality.Adjust, troubleshoot, clean, inspect, and perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment to support efficient operation.Complete and maintain accurate machine logs, downtime records, repair documentation, and work order requests as required.Follow all health, safety, and fire prevention procedures and perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications :Able to work weekends, holidays and overtime as neededAble to respond to alarms and resolve problems in a timely mannerAble to work well with teammates and communicate with all employees with respect and courtesyPreferred Qualifications :High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institutionExperience operating machinesExperience in a food manufacturing facilityPhysical Requirements :Qualified candidates must be able to perform the following, with or without reasonable accommodation:Balance, stand, walk, perform simple grasping, and work in high heat/humidity for 12+ hours per shiftLift up to 34 pounds for 12+ hours per shift, and up to 50 pounds for 10+ hours per shiftBend, crouch, stoop, push, pull, perform fine manipulation, feel, and work in a dusty environment for 10+ hours per shiftKneel, sit, reach above shoulders, and climb/work off ladder for 6+ hours per shiftMake fine distinctions in sound, distinguish objects and equipment visually, and express or exchange ideas by spoken or written wordRichardson is recognized as a global leader in agriculture and food processing with over 4,000 employees across the U.S., Canada, the U.K., and Europe.
