Job summary

The Wonderful Company is seeking an Extraction Lead to oversee the daily beverage operations team in California. This role focuses on safety, quality, and staff performance, training and coaching employees to achieve efficient operations and maintain GMP standards.

Base compensation is $25.00 - $28.00 per hour, with mandatory weekends and overtime as needed. The role requires leadership of hourly staff and accountability for departmental performance across the shift.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shift start/end activities and maintain shift paperwork accuracy.
