Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to perform essential duties and responsibilities as described.
• Ability to supervise and train staff, and manage store functions.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including report analysis, inventory, and cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation for meetings.
• English communication skills (oral and written).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Leadership and Management

• Recruit, hire, and train employees, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Manage site cleanliness, stock levels, and organization.
• Maintain professional relationships with staff and supervisors.

Site Relationships

• Build positive relationships with suppliers.

Training and Development
