Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• Eight years of accounting/finance experience with three years in supervision.
• Strong people management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Advanced MS Office skills and familiarity with financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end preparation and coordination of SEC filings under US GAAP.
• Oversee external reporting calendars and filing timelines.
• Coordinate inputs from across the organization for external reporting.
• Coach and develop team members; set priorities and provide feedback.
• Coordinate with external auditors during reviews and audits.
• Support SOX compliance and internal control activities.
• Review disclosures for compliance with GAAP, SEC, and policy.
• Leverage external reporting tech, especially Workiva, to improve processes.
