Job summary

Everpure is seeking a Senior Manager, External Reporting to lead U.S. GAAP and SEC public company reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance across disclosures.

You will partner with Finance, Legal, Investor Relations, and external audit to advance reporting excellence and implement AI-enabled improvements. Qualifications

• Expertise in U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting with hands-on experience.
• Experience leading multi-faceted technical accounting evaluations and journal entries.
• Experience with SOX/DC&P frameworks and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and review of SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy support).
• Oversee tie-out of financial statements, MD&A, EPS and non-GAAP disclosures.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC regs and DC&P controls.
• Manage external reporting calendar and coordinate with finance, legal, IR, and auditors.
• Review accounting analyses and journal entries related to stock-based compensation and ASC 718.
• Review capitalization, amortization, and impairment of contract acquisition costs (ASC 340-40).
• Support evaluation of technical accounting matters and prepare memos for non-routine transactions.
• Maintain and enhance internal controls over financial reporting (SOX) and disclosure controls.
• Support earnings release prep and review with IR and finance teams.
• Serve as primary contact for external auditors on reporting and disclosures.
