Job summary

UPS seeks an External Reporting Manager to lead the external reporting process and ensure timely SEC filings in line with GAAP.

You will coordinate with Finance, Tax, and Audit teams to prepare SEC forms (10-K/10-Q/8-K) and support the annual audit, ensuring accurate disclosures. Qualifications

• GAAP knowledge and application
• Experience with SEC filings and formal disclosures
• Strong understanding of financial reporting standards
