Job summary

Nscale, a GPU cloud platform for AI, is seeking a Manager, External Reporting to lead external financial reporting under US GAAP and SEC requirements. You will prepare filings, disclosures and financial statements, partnering with FP&A, Legal, Investor Relations, Tax, Internal Audit and external auditors to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The role demands SEC expertise, attention to detail, and strong project management in a fast-paced, pre-IPO or publicly traded environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting and reporting experience
• Experience with US GAAP and SEC reporting
• Experience with PCAOB and SEC reporting requirements
• Strong internal controls and SOX knowledge
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, reviewing and filing quarterly and annual financial statements and disclosures
• Prepare SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q) with footnotes and MD&A
• Contribute to earnings releases and presentations
• Support debt instrument and financing disclosure with US GAAP alignment
• Coordinate with Legal, Tax, FP&A and auditors on disclosures and issues
• Assist with internal control design and SOX 404 readiness
