The Security Supervisor is responsible for supervising security officers and processes, providing security, and maintaining a safe environment while ensuring the protection of guests, team members, and Live assets in the absence of the Shift Manager, along with all related duties and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise programs, processes, and procedures that ensure the protection of Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia's assets, including the safety and security of guests and team members.
• Communicate and implement department procedures in accordance with the director and internal controls.
• Assist in developing and implementing Security Department training.
• Investigate incidents and guest complaints, compiling data for accurate reports to the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board and department heads.
• Complete and investigate the first report of injury.
• Provide input and assist with the preparation of performance reviews of officers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

• Ability to obtain and maintain licensure as required by the Virginia Gaming Control Board or other regulatory entities, and comply with Live! standards.
