Responsibilities
Where You'll Make an Impact:
- Develop and manage the scheduling of EVS work assignments and oversee the completion of these assignments.
- Supervise staff and shifts to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness at Live! Casino.
- Ensure the safety and security of guests and team members through proper supervision.
- Manage processes and programs to control and reduce loss time injuries.
- Prepare staffing schedules to ensure proper shift coverage.
- Assist managers with employment interviews and provide input for performance evaluations.
- Maintain knowledge of applicable OSHA standards for safety, chemicals, and bloodborne pathogens, and operate cleaning equipment safely.
- Review EVS activities with the EVS Manager.
- Meet with departmental directors and managers as necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Must-Haves:
- Two to five years of experience in a high-volume facility such as retail, casino, hospital, hotel, or public facility in janitorial or executive housekeeping.
- A 2-year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by the Virginia Gaming Control Board or other applicable regulatory entities, or as required by Live! standards.
Physical Requirements:
- Use of two-way radio with earpiece for communication.
- Push/lift up to 20 pounds.
- Stand and/or walk for up to 7.5 hours per shift.
- Stoop, crouch, and kneel as needed.
- Reach with arms.
- Ascend/descend stairs during shifts.
- Work in a loud environment.
- Operate equipment requiring manual dexterity.
