Comfort Keepers is looking for an energetic External Client Care Coordinator to help expand and strengthen the care we provide throughout the Cleona community. Meet with prospective clients to understand care needs and recommend services, while building strong partnerships with hospitals, rehab centers, physician offices, and local organizations.

Visit clients to ensure quality care, satisfaction, and ongoing service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, sales, customer service, or community outreach preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients to understand care needs and recommend services.
• Develop partnerships with hospitals, rehab centers, physician offices, and community organizations.
• Visit clients to ensure quality care and satisfaction.
• Coordinate care transitions and communicate updates with families and staff.
• Maintain detailed client information and accurate documentation.
• Represent Comfort Keepers professionally within the local community.
