Comfort Keepers is seeking an External Client Care Coordinator in Pottsville, PA, to combine relationship-building with care coordination. You will meet families, develop care plans, and coordinate with scheduling to ensure reliable service. The role emphasizes community engagement and strong client communication.

• Coordinate care plans and work closely with scheduling staff to ensure quality, dependable service.
• Conduct regular client follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns.
• Represent Comfort Keepers at community events, networking opportunities, and outreach activities.
• Maintain accurate client documentation and ensure records remain up to date.
• Partner with the office team to provide a smooth and positive experience from the first inquiry through ongoing care.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and support continued growth.
