Job summary

Comfort Keepers in Charleston, SC is seeking a Client Care Coordinator to be the face of the company to the families we serve. Your day includes client visits, caregiver check-ins, and solving problems before they arise.

You will use Sensi to spot changes early and guide families on what could help, and you will lead orientation for new caregivers to set them up for success. You will support caregivers and work with scheduling, recruiting, and leadership to fix issues quickly, running your day

As our Client Care Coordinator, you're the face of Comfort Keepers to the families we serve. Your day is different every day: calls, home visits, caregiver check-ins, and solving problems before anyone else even knows they're there.

What your days look like

• Meet with clients and families, and become the person they ask for by name
• Step into hard conversations and turn worry into a plan
• Use Sensi to spot changes early, then talk families through what they mean and what could help
• Spot when added care or support would make a real difference, and help families say yes
• Lead orientation for new caregivers. Welcome them, get them excited, and set them up to succeed from day one
• Support our caregivers. Be the person they call, check in with them, and help them feel valued and heard
• Team up with caregivers, scheduling, recruiting, and leadership to fix things fast
