Comfort Keepers the Carolina's is seeking a Client Care Coordinator in the Charleston, SC area. You will be the face of Comfort Keepers to the families we serve, managing calls, home visits, caregiver check-ins, and proactive problem-solving.

Your day varies from meeting clients to leading caregiver orientations and collaborating with scheduling and leadership to fix issues quickly. This role rewards results and offers meaningful interaction with families and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Experience in home care, healthcare, sales, hospitality, or customer service is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients and families, and become the person they ask for by name.
• Lead orientation for new caregivers and help them succeed from day one.
• Provide ongoing support and check-ins to caregivers, ensuring they feel valued.

As our Client Care Coordinator, you’re the face of Comfort Keepers to the families we serve. Your day is different every day: calls, home visits, caregiver check-ins, and solving problems before anyone else even knows they’re there.

What your days look like:

• Meet with clients and families, and become the person they ask for by name
• Step into hard conversations and turn worry into a plan
• Use Sensi to spot changes early, then talk families through what they mean and what could help
• Spot when added care or support would make a real difference, and help families say yes
• Lead orientation for new caregivers. Welcome them, get them excited, and set them up to succeed from day one
• Support our caregivers. Be the person they call, check in with them, and help them feel valued and heard
• Team up with caregivers, scheduling, recruiting, and leadership to fix things fast
