Your Mission

As our Client Care Coordinator, you’ll be at the center of the client experience.

You’ll build meaningful relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and community partners while making sure our clients receive exceptional care.

Your ability to connect, communicate, influence, and take action will directly impact client satisfaction, caregiver relationships, retention, and the growth of our office.

What You’ll Own

• Be the face and voice our clients and families know and trust

• Follow up consistently with clients, families, and caregivers
• Build relationships that encourage client retention and referrals
• Look for opportunities to strengthen our presence within the community
• Install and set up Sensi technology in clients’ homes
• Educate clients and families on Sensi features and benefits
• Troubleshoot basic Sensi issues and coordinate additional support
• Use Sensi insights to help identify changing client care needs
• Take ownership of results instead of waiting for someone else to make things happen
