Job summary

A caregiving services provider is seeking compassionate individuals to fill the role of a Caregiver in Columbia, South Carolina. This position involves providing essential personal support to clients, including assistance with daily grooming and mobility, light housekeeping, and providing companionship. Ideal candidates will have 6 months of caregiving experience and a heart for caring. Competitive pay of up to $17 an hour, flexible schedules, and comprehensive benefits are offered. Qualifications

• 6 months of caregiving experience preferred, family experience counts.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform necessary movements.

Responsibilities

• Help with daily grooming, hygiene, and toileting needs.
• Assist with movement and transfers, including hoyer lifts and gait belts.
• Create a safe, clean home environment with light housekeeping, laundry, and cooking.
• Provide companionship, medication reminders, and specialized care for dementia clients.
• Run errands, provide transportation, and more.

Your Role as a CAREgiver:

• Personal Support: Help with daily grooming, hygiene, and toileting needs
