Job summary

Comfort Keepers in the Charleston, SC area is looking for a Client Care Coordinator to be the face of the company to the families we serve. Your day includes meetings with clients, home visits, caregiver check-ins, and solving problems before anyone else even knows they’re there.

You’ll meet families, talk through plans, spot changes early with Sensi, and guide decisions about added care. You’ll lead orientation for new caregivers and support the care team as part of a collaborative,

Qualifications

• Outgoing and confident with strong action orientation.
• Experience in home care, healthcare, sales, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Strong drive and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients and families to become the trusted contact.
• Handle conversations and turn worry into a plan.
• Use Sensi to spot changes early and explain implications to families.
• Identify when added care is needed and help families decide.
• Lead orientation for new caregivers and set them up for success.
• Support caregivers and stay connected with them to ensure they feel valued.
• Collaborate with scheduling, recruiting, and leadership to fix issues quickly.

• Step into hard conversations and turn worry into a plan
• Use Sensi to spot changes early, then talk families through what they mean and what could help
• Spot when added care or support would make a real difference, and help families say yes
• Lead orientation for new caregivers. Welcome them, get them excited, and set them up to succeed from day one
• Support our caregivers. Be the person they call, check in with them, and help them feel valued and heard
• Team up with caregivers, scheduling, recruiting, and leadership to fix things fast
